Never again

Subscribed and was told that I would receive a discount code for my first order. Received the discount code but it didn’t work. Emailed customer service, no response. Placed an order anyway because profits go to a good cause, close to my heart. Order never arrived and the shipping company they use do not provide a contact number or email address, just a chat bot. Contacted About A Dog to seek help and was told that they would look into it immediately and have never heard from them since. Money down the drain, never again

I switched from a well known toilet paper subscription service whose product is made in China to About A Dog because the product is made in Australia. I’m really pleased with my decision. The toilet paper is much softer and I can choose to support the homeless and their pets with my purchase.
