FAQs About Our Toilet Rolls
Where are your toilet rolls made?
We manufacture all of our toilet rolls right here in Sydney. Every roll is made by our team using 100% recycled paper, helping give existing materials a second life instead of relying on virgin trees.
The recycled paper we use comes from overseas because Australia currently doesn't have the facilities needed to produce the recycled parent rolls we require. Once that paper arrives here, we take care of the entire manufacturing process ourselves in our Sydney factory, turning it into the toilet rolls that end up at your door.
Keeping manufacturing in Australia is important to us because it helps us to create local jobs, gives us greater control over quality, and helps us to continue investing in Australian manufacturing. And yes, we're always looking at ways to bring even more of the process closer to home in the future, so watch this space.
What's the difference between your Premium and Standard toilet paper?
Both options are 3-ply, 360-sheet rolls made from 100% recycled paper. The main difference is how the layers are combined during manufacturing. Premium rolls go through an additional manufacturing process that creates a softer feel and helps keep the roll tightly wound from start to finish.
Are your toilet rolls made from recycled paper?
Yes. Our toilet rolls are made from 100% recycled paper. By giving existing paper a second life, we can reduce the demand for virgin tree fibre while creating a soft, strong toilet roll for everyday use.
Are your toilet rolls septic safe?
Yes. Our toilet rolls are septic safe and suitable for most household septic systems. For homes with septic tanks, we usually recommend our Classic toilet rolls. As with any toilet paper, it's best not to go overboard on the sheets, as using too much at once can contribute to blockages and place extra strain on your septic system.
Do you use bleach or harsh chemicals?
No. Our toilet paper is whitened using an oxygen-based process rather than chlorine bleach. We also don't add dyes, inks, fragrances, or BPA to the paper, keeping things simple and suitable for everyday use.
