Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the promotional competition ("Promotion") conducted by About A Dog Pty Ltd ("Promoter"), ABN 17 650 591 432, located at 11 Ashford Avenue, Milperra, NSW, 2214.
1.2. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms.
1.3. The Promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees, agents, or contractors of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Promotional Period
2.1. The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM AEDT on 4 December 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 10 December 2024 ("Promotional Period").
2.2. Entries submitted outside of the Promotional Period will not be eligible.
3. Promotion Details
3.1. To enter the Promotion, participants must:
Join the waiting list for the Promotion by signing up via the designated platform during the Promotional Period at https://aboutadog.com.au/pages/premium-wait-list. This is a game of skill based on the judgement of your reasoning for selecting your favourite animal welfare organisation and why you chose them, as determined by our panel of judges. You must also be among the first 500 eligible participants to join the waiting list to receive a free sample box of premium toilet paper ("TP").
Submit a video showcasing the unboxing of the TP roll and their experience testing it (e.g., texture and touch) without inappropriate or toilet-related content.
Accompany the video with a written explanation of why their favourite organisation was chosen.
3.2. Submissions will be judged on creativity, originality, and relevance to the Promotion theme.
4. Prizes
4.1. The first 500 eligible participants based on the game of skill will receive a free sample box of premium TP.
4.2. One major prize winner will receive:
Six (6) months’ supply of premium TP.
AUD $500 cash.
4.3. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless explicitly agreed by the Promoter.
5. Entry Submission
5.1. Entries must be submitted via the designated platform by 11:59 PM AEDT on 10 December 2024.
5.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
6. Judging and Winner Notification
6.1. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
6.2. Judging will be conducted by the Promoter’s panel based on the criteria outlined in Clause 3.2.
6.3. Winners will be notified via email or phone by 17 December 2024. Failure to respond within seven (7) days will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next best entry.
7. Use of Content
7.1. By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. Liability
8.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred in connection with the Promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Privacy
9.1. Personal information collected for the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://aboutadog.com.au/policies/privacy-policy
10. General Conditions
10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms or submits inappropriate content.
10.2. The Promoter may amend or cancel the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
