Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is About A Dog Pty Ltd (ABN 17 650 591 432), headquartered in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, directors, and immediate family members of About A Dog Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 28 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 2 June 2026.

The winner draw will take place on Wednesday 3 June 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Complete the official competition entry form on the designated About A Dog competition page.
• Submit all required contact details during the competition period.

Each valid completed entry counts as one entry.

5. Prize

There are five (5) prizes to be won.

Each prize includes:

• One (1) year’s supply of About A Dog dog poop bags, defined as one (1) roll per week, totalling fifty six (56) rolls; and
• One (1) Whole Kitten Cavoodle Bundle.

Each prize is valued at AUD $163.

The total prize pool is valued at AUD $815.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

About A Dog reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require it.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Five (5) winners will be randomly drawn on Wednesday 3 June 2026.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be announced and contacted via email using the details provided at entry.

If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, About A Dog reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Delivery of Prize

Prizes will be delivered to each winner’s nominated Australian address within 30 days of winner confirmation.

8. Entry Content and Usage Rights

By entering the competition and submitting any content, participants grant About A Dog Pty Ltd:

• A non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and communicate submitted content in any media.
• Permission to use their first name, pet’s name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further payment or approval, including but not limited to About A Dog’s website, social media platforms, advertisements, printed materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Consent to receive marketing communications from About A Dog Pty Ltd, including promotional emails, product updates, competition announcements, and animal welfare related content. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link included in all emails.

9. Privacy

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with About A Dog’s Privacy Policy.

Information will only be used for administering the competition and related promotional activities.

10. General

About A Dog reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate content.

About A Dog is not responsible for technical errors, lost or incomplete entries, or delays beyond its control.

The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
